Attention ALL Makers, Artisans, Artists, and Art lovers: the CoastCon 45 Art Show, Auction & Sale
wants to HEAR from you and SEE your work. Our art show, auction, and sale has been an important
part of the convention since our very first CoastCon. It consists of artwork for viewing and/or
purchase throughout the weekend with a dedicated art auction on Sunday. The show features both
three-dimensional and two-dimensional art in a variety of media within the themes of science fiction,
fantasy, anime/manga, gaming, and/or comics. For CoastCon 45, we plan to continue the forty-three-
plus-year tradition of great art/artists that is a part of the CoastCon hallmark, in part by once again
encouraging artists from around the country to submit art to our art show, auction, and sale.

Interested artists (and we hope that you are)- will find the rules for the show/auction/ print shop
linked below along with a registration form, bidding sheets, and control sheets in both PDF and
Word/Excel formats. Please fill out these sheets as completely as possible and send those completed
forms to the address listed in the art show packet/on the art show rules sheet- either with your art or
in advance of it. Our forms are available for your use and copying as needed. We recommend all
registration forms and payments be sent by February 15, 2023 [via mail or email] in order to reserve
your spot.

Keep in mind if you are sending art by mail- we must receive mail-in art before February 25, 2023. You
may also deliver your work to the convention in person on Friday, March 3, between 9:00 am and 12
p.m. Please contact us via mail or email before the February 25 deadline if you choose to hand-deliver
your work. While we encourage you to join us at CoastCon, you do not have to attend the convention
to show/sell your work in our art show. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served
